• pay your rent on time

• treat the property as if it were your own

• complete minor and seasonal maintenance

• submit maintenance requests in a timely manner

• change smoke alarm batteries twice a year and check monthly

• Keep property clean inside and out

• do not paint unless you have approval to do so

• replace light bulbs inside and out as they burn out
